ABOUT
A way of listening shaped by depth, symbolic understanding, and human complexity.
My path as a psychologist has always been guided by a deep interest in the complexity of human experience — in the ways a person suffers, protects themselves, searches for meaning, carries their history, and gradually becomes who they are.
Before psychotherapy became my central work, the performing arts shaped my perception of presence, silence, gesture, imagination, contradiction, and the many roles through which human beings reveal and conceal themselves. Literature, mythology, philosophy, and symbolic traditions later deepened this sensibility, offering languages for experiences that cannot always be understood through ordinary explanation alone.
Today, my clinical work is grounded in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology, but it is also shaped by this broader devotion to the inner life: its images, conflicts, defenses, longings, and hidden forms of meaning.
I do not believe therapy begins by defining someone too quickly. Before interpretation, there must be understanding. Each person arrives with a unique inner world — a history, a rhythm, a way of loving, fearing, choosing, remembering, and making sense of life.
My work is to approach that world with presence, discernment, and care, so that what has remained unclear, fragmented, or unnamed may gradually begin to reveal its own form.
APPROACH
Every soul unfolds in its own way.
I often think of psychotherapy as walking beside someone through a dark night, holding a lantern in my hands. The therapist’s role is not to choose the path or decide where someone should go, but to offer enough light for their vision to widen and for the next step to become visible.
This is how I understand the therapeutic relationship: a space of trust, curiosity, and attentive presence, where each person’s inner world is received with respect for their history, their rhythm, and their singular way of making meaning.
I approach each therapeutic process as one might approach a living work of art: without rushing to conclusions, with attention to its forms, silences, contradictions, images, and the meanings that gradually reveal themselves.
The therapeutic process respects this singularity and its own timing. Little by little, what once felt confusing can begin to take shape, what remained without words can begin to be named, and new ways of understanding, choosing, and relating to oneself can begin to open.
PRESENCE
Therapy begins with a space where you do not need to perform, defend, or explain yourself too quickly. Presence allows your inner world to be approached with care, so that what is difficult, vulnerable, or still unclear can begin to appear without judgment.
DEPHT
Depth means looking beyond the surface of events toward the patterns, emotions, images, and hidden connections that shape your inner life. It is a way of listening that seeks not only what happened, but what it may mean within the larger story of who you are becoming.
INTEGRATION
As experiences find words, meaning, and a place within your story, they no longer need to remain fragmented. Integration allows what was once confusing or divided to become part of a more conscious, grounded, and authentic way of living.
